Our opinion – Trusens Air Purifier Review:

This is a powerful air purifier that can be used in medium to large rooms. It provides a good air flow rate. Also, because of its bi-directional air flow, it spreads the clean air more evenly around the room. This maximizes the air renovation rate.

Having the air pollution sensor on a separate device is a unique feature of this purifier. This makes the air pollution reading more reliable, as it measures pollution farther from the air purifier itself.

Normally air purifiers have the air pollution sensor integrated in the air purifier device. This can give misleading low readings. This is because the air near the purifier tends to be cleaner than in the rest of the room. Having the sensor in a separate device solves this problem.

This purifier has a slick and modern design.  It makes it very attractive. Although it’s not the most silent ( 32 dB at the lowest setting ) , it’s reasonable and won’t interfere with sleep.

In addition, it uses Trusens Air Purifier UV light to kill bacteria and viruses trapped in the filter, such as virus causing Covid-19. Therefore, they will not be released back into the air.  Although UV purification releases some ozone in the air, ozone concentrations produced by this purifier are too low to be harmful.  After all, it releases only 0.001 parts per million, or ppm. Ozone levels are 100 times lower than the limit that starts to be harmful (0.1 ppm).

In any case, the  user can switch on or off the UV function as they prefer.

Trusens air purifier vs Dyson

In this case it is important to remark that Dyson air purifiers do NOT use UV light technology. In this sense, Dyson air purifiers have the advantage of not releasing ozone in the air. Ozone is a harmful gas which is best avoided. However, the levels of ozone emitted by Trusense air purifier Z-3000 are very low, and therefore can be used safely.
