The Philips AC3259 is a high quality product with outstanding customer reviews, and it´s part of the renowned Phillips 3000 series. Its elegant design, air quality detector, user friendly interface and, specially, its powerful air delivery rate, make it a highly competitive product, specially for big rooms. It is also 100% ozone free, which makes it completely safe to use, as it does not use negative ions or UV technology.
On the downside, it’s probably not the strongest in terms of filtering out Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) , as its activated carbon layer is not very thick. Still, if you don’t live in a house with smokers, freshly painted or with plenty of new furniture, you may not have a high levels of VOC to worry about anyway.
This purifier is a very popular choice and suits the needs of most customers.
